Ingredients:

For Marination:

  • Mutton - 750 gms

  • Onion - 2 diced

  • Garlic- 10 cloves

  • Bay leaves - 2

  • Black pepper - 2 tsp

  • Yogurt (curd) - 100 gms

  • Coriander powder - 2 tsp

  • Cumin powder - 1 tsp

  • Salt to taste

For Masala:

  • Oil - 4 tbsp

  • Ghee - 2 tsp

  • Black Cardamom- 2

  • Cinnamon stick - 2 inch Cloves - 5

  • Onion - 1 chopped

  • Red chili powder - 1 tsp

  • Ginger paste - 1 tsp

  • Green chilies - 2

For Garnish

  • Fresh coriander leaves (Chopped)
