For Marination:
chicken - 750 gms
turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
kashmiri mirch powder - 1 tsp
black pepper powder - 1 tsp
salt - 1/2 tsp
For Masala:
red chilli - 7 to 8
green chilli - 4 to 5
garlic - 8 - 10
ginger - 2 inch
onion - 2 sliced
For Bhuna Chicken:
mustard oil - 4 tbsp
cinnamon sticks - 2
green cardamom - 4
black cardamom - 1
cloves - 6
coriander powder - 1/2 tsp
cumin powder - 1/2 tsp
salt - 1/2 tsp
For Garnish:
ginger julienne
chopped coriander leaves
